A delicious weekend

I went on a culinary adventure.

The weekend's menu consisted of:

Chicken breasts stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes
Shallot parmesan rice pilaf
Gingerbread with a lemon glaze
Salad Nicoise (Made by Josh's parents)

I've never felt so accomplished in the kitchen until I made that chicken. I still can't stop thinking about it.
