I made cupcakes again this weekend for a baby shower at work. Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting, all from scratch.
I bought blocks of Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate at Trader Joe's for half the price I would've paid at my local store. Yay Trader Joe's!
And the cupcakes were a success :)

and nice pic! I want to plant my face in that chocolate bar. I'll need to get to Trader Joe's one of these days. I have been hoping the longer it's open, the smaller the crowds will get. Probably just wishful thinking. I'll have to just screw up my courage and face the crowds.
I find that going in the evenings about an hour before TJ's closes is the best time. Teensy tiny lines!
